Remanufactured Toner Cartridge Warranty

CB Laser Home of Nixa Office Supply warrants our remanufactured cartridges to be free of
defects for a period of one year from thedate of purchase. CB Laser Home of Nixa Office Supply
will, at its option, replace the cartridge, repair the defect, or refund the purchase price, should the
cartridge be found to be defective in material or workmanship.

CB Laser Home of Nixa Office Supply further warrants that under normal use
(provided necessary routine maintenance is performed on the printer) our remanufactured toner
cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any compatible laser printer.
If a defect in a CB Laser Home of Nixa Office Supply remanufactured toner cartridge
directly causes a printer to fail, we will repair or replace the printer at our discretion.

This warranty is dependent upon the customer promptly contacting CB Laser Home of
Nixa Office Supply should a printer problem occur. At such occurence,
CB Laser Home of Nixa Office Supply will evaluate the problem and make all
necessary repairs.This warranty does not apply to any defect caused by negligence,
alteration, accident, or misuse by the user, including failure to operate the printer
according to the manufacturer's specifications.

CB Laser Home of Nixa Office Supply liability hereunder shall be limited to
the replacement, refund, or reimbursement as provided above and does not extend to any
consequential damages.
